We recently held a ‘roadshow’ at St Erme Community Centre to bring together the Community Hub network from across Cornwall.

The aims were to celebrate achievements, share good practice and plan for the future and the day included workshops and presentations on a wide range of topics. We also unveiled the new ‘Community Hub & Gateway Prospectus’ which explains what the Hubs and Gateway are, what they do and how they can help people with their mental and physical health and wellebing.
