How much do car journeys cost?
For car journeys, we charge a rate of 45p per mile from the driver’s home, back to the drivers home + £3 admin charge for a single journey or a wait and return (£6 if the driver goes home in between the drop off and collection). Call us to get a quote on 01872 265300.
This charge includes all mileage from the drivers home to collecting you, transporting you, and then getting back home after dropping you off.
When can I book a journey?
Our office is open Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm on 01872 265300.

How much notice do you need?
Generally we need 24 - 48 hours’ notice minimum. We will try to accommodate everyone’s requests if possible, but will let you know if no driver is available.
Can you transport wheelchair users or those with additional needs?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide transport for wheelchair users. Our drivers use their own vehicles to transport passengers and at present none are adapted to take wheelchairs.
Are your drivers checked and trained?
We take the safety of our passengers very seriously. All drivers have undertaken an enhanced DBS check, had their references checked, and undergone safeguarding training. All drivers are trained by us in driving with passengers and their driving standards are regularly assessed using the MIDAS Accreditation package.

If I book a journey am I guaranteed a driver?
We try to fulfill all requests. Sometimes though this is not possible and in this instance we would let you know.
Can I get help with the cost of my transport?
All journeys are to be paid for by the passenger, in cash to the driver, unless it has been booked by one of our regular customers with whom we have an invoice arrangement.
Can I pay by card?
Our drivers only accept cash, and would really appreciate if you have it as near exact as possible.

What do I do if I want to cancel my journey?
Please ring 01872 265300 during office hours 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday or our Out of Office service 01209 823132 as soon as possible.
You may still be charged if the driver has started their journey.
