ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management(FULL)

This course is delivered across four days, partly online and partly in a classroom environment.

Dates:

• Day 1 - 18th October 2022
• Day 2 - 1st November 2022
• Day 2 - 15th November 2022
• Day 3 - 29th November 2022

What does the course cover?

The course will enable learners to understand:

• Leadership in the VCSE context
• How to establish effective teams
• How to motivate to improve performance and retention

Within the context of:

• The principles and values of volunteering
• The organisational requirements for volunteering
• The need to support and develop volunteers

How is the course assessed?

Learners will complete two written assignments and deliver a business presentation to demonstrate understanding and knowledge gained.

Learners will need 4 to 8 hours self-study time to complete assignments.

Awarding Body: ILM – City & Guilds Level 3
