HOPE Facilitator Training for the Community (Truro/Central Cornwall)

We are looking for volunteer facilitators to help deliver the amazing six week HOPE programme – either online or face to face.

Would you like to offer support to people with long-term conditions become more confident and cope better emotionally, psychologically and practically with their conditions? If so, this may be for you!

Who is this training for?

This training is FREE training for Community Hub Network volunteers and staff to deliver the HOPE Programme.

Other volunteers will be considered on application.

Commitment

Upon completion of the training, there will be a commitment to deliver the HOPE programme.

Venue

This training will either be delivered in Truro or in a venue in another central location, depending on the location of the majority of learners.
