Volunteer Cornwall has been successfully delivering Volunteer Management qualifications since 2012. We are an ILM approved centre and are delivering a suite of courses in Leadership & Management based around Managing Volunteers. Join the 70k other people who enhanced their performance with an ILM qualification last year, and fast-track your way to the top with ILM leadership and management qualifications. In addition to continuing our expertise at Level 3, we are now offering progression qualifications at Level 4. These provide an opportunity to achieve a qualification and to develop a peer support network in the volunteer management arena.

Funded Training for charity workers
The VCSE Learning Academy offers funding for training for community workers. The VCSE Learning Academy can fund courses for people (staff and volunteers) in roles such as community workers, support workers, and social prescribers. Some eligibility criteria will apply.

This workshop will help you to consider some of the questions that you need to ask now in order to have a healthy and sustainable future. Perhaps rather than ‘Succession Planning’ consider this as ‘Sustainable Development Planning’.
Community Hub Network members can access the session at a discounted rate of £45pp (limited number of places per session).
Free self-management course, helping you to take control and meet others in a similar situation.

Course duration: 6 weeks. It takes up to 2 hours to complete each weekly session, which you can complete at any time which is convenient to you.
Free self-management course, to help you copy with fatigue, anxiety and brain fog.
This 8 session course is delivered online via H4C's platform.
FREE training for Community Hub network volunteers and staff to deliver the HOPE Programme.
Other volunteers will be considered on application.
This course has been specifically designed to develop the leadership and management skills for those working or volunteering in the community & voluntary sector. We use actual case studies and experiences to contextualise your learning.

We are able to offer a discounted rate (between 5% and 10%) to registered Community Hub Network members. Limited discounted spaces available per course/workshop. Full payment required for cancellations within 72 hours of programme start, however, places may be allocated to another date when availability allows.
