This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers – really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to lead at this level.

This Level 4 course in Leadership & Management is for those interested in developing their leadership skills within any sector - voluntary, community, public or private.

Introduction to Leadership October 29th 9.30 to 12.30

• Day 1 - 5th November        (9.30 to 3.30 Truro) 
• Day 2 - 19th November      (9.30 to 3.30 Truro/Tutorials)
• Day 3 - 10th December      (9.30 to 3.30Truro)
• Day 4 - 14th January 2027 (9.30 to 3.30 Truro/Tutorials)
• Day 5 - 28th January 2027 (Self Study/Tutorials)
