9:00 am	FREE Suicide First Aid Lite for Community Hubs IntoBodmin FREE for Community Hubs funded through People in Mind This short programme provides participants with the foundational knowledge needed to effectively intervene in situations where someone may be contemplating suicide. Designed for individuals across various professions and community roles, this programme equips you with the tools to recognise the signs of suicide, initiate life-saving conversations, and connect a person having thoughts of suicide with appropriate resources. Whether you're a healthcare professional, educator, HR personnel, or concerned community member, this programme empowers you to make a real difference.

9:00 am	FAA Level 3 Award in Principles in Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults This one-day level 3 course will give learners an understanding of Safeguarding practices and how critical it is to know what to do. Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, Learners will be awarded an Ofqual national Level 3 Award in England. This course is delivered over one day. May 12th 2026 9am to 5pm Venue: Nansledan Community Centre,Unit, Stret Myghtern Arthur, Nansledan, Newquay TR8 4UX. After Support from Volunteer Cornwall In addition to your training with us you will have 12 months access to our learning platform to help you continue your CPD journey.
