About this course
This half-day workshop is for anyone new to the role of recruiting and managing volunteers or anyone that feels that they would like a refresher.
During the session we will explore best practices for the recruitment, how to motivate volunteers and where to promote your roles.
We will provide a brief overview of our online volunteering network, provide you with guidance, share some of our top tips for recruiting volunteers and how Volunteer Cornwall can assist with your volunteer recruitment needs.
