Why choose us?

Volunteer Cornwall has been successfully delivering Volunteer Management qualifications since 2012 and this Level 4 ILM course is an exciting new addition to our programme of volunteer management courses and workshops.

About this course

This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers – really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to lead at this level.
