Introducing the NEW ILM Level 3
This course will still contain relevant detail to develop the leadership and management skills for those working or volunteering in the community & voluntary sector. We use actual case studies and experiences to contextualise your learning.

This qualification is ideal if you are going to have management responsibilities but currently have no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
