Every winter the EDEN Project offer a series of free entry weekends to the site for members of various organisations and community groups, and their families, within Devon and Cornwall.


About the offer

These offers are available to the groups listed below in Cornwall and Devon, who bring with them the correct forms of identification. No need to book; simply turn up.

The offer includes free entry to the Eden Project for the individual and their immediate family for the day (that’s a maximum of one extra adult and three children aged 16 and under).

There is also the option to:

  • skate on our ice rink 
  • upgrade to a Locals’ Pass, allowing you free entry until the end of October 2018

This weekend (6th & 7th January) the free passes are available to:

  • Care professionals - see note 1 below
  • St Austell residents (postcodes PL24, PL25, and PL26) - see note 3 below
  • Armed Forces employees and veterans - see note 9 below
  • Air, Sea and Army Cadet staff, Civilian Instructors and Cadets - see note 9 below
  • Eden Project suppliers - see note 1 below
  • Gardens and National Trust staff - see note 1 below
  • Charity staff and volunteers - see note 8 below


Please cross reference this list of identification suitable for the different groups mentioned in table above.

Note 1. Proof of employment (eg payslip or photo ID name badge) 

Note 3. Proof of residence and identification (eg photo driving license or passport, plus a utility bill)

Note 8. Proof of employment (eg payslip or photo ID name badge) or of your voluntary position (eg welcome letter).

Note 9. Proof of employment (eg payslip or photo ID name badge) or, if your partner is away on deployment, please bring a Dependents’ Card, Family Card, payslip, or letter from the base where your partner is stationed. For veterans, please bring proof of previous service in the Forces. For Cadets, please bring in your Record of Service book (3822 for Air Cadets, and equivalent for Sea and Army Cadets). For Civilian Instructors please obtain an official letter from your Squadron, and bring this with you.
