Education & Training - A Learner's Perspective Written by Sally I just wanted to write this so that anyone thinking of completing this course will get an idea from an older students perspective. I have been in Healthcare for many years and wanted to become a trainer in this area, hence doing this course, which now qualifies' me for this. I found this course so enjoyable and interesting but you will have to study and work hard. I had an amazing tutor and group and we all supported each other. I walked in on the first day a nervous wreck and within half an hour I was put completely at ease. There was lots of group work and no one was made to feel there contributions were not important. The tutor was at the end of the phone/email for any advice. Be prepared to do some work ( if I can do it so can you ). Everyone is there to help you and if you have any problems, talk to your tutor... After the course I am really pleased to announce, that I now have my dream job after completing this course, as a care trainer and my wages have increased because I have the qualification. We will have another cohort of the Level 3 Award in Education & Training starting on 29th June, find out more about the course and how to book a place here.
