Back to Work

Back to Work support through Cornwall Works with Families (CWwF)

Cornwall Works with Families is a county wide contract held by Paragon Concord Ltd. and is being delivered through Volunteer Cornwall. Rezolve, PCDT, Lizard Pathways and RIO.

Volunteer Cornwall is now working with participants on this programme in the St.Austell, Clays, Fowey and Lostwithiel area.

The focus of this new back-to-work welfare provision will be to provide a whole family approach, where needed, making focused support available to individuals within the family.

Note: Your ‘family’ is how you describe those around you and does not have to be blood related.

Over 12 months participants will have access to specialist support such as Parenting or Money Management; a chance to try out career options and gain experience; learn about Healthy Living and well being to help prepare you for work and many other activities designed to address your barriers to employment.

If you are able to answer yes to at least one of the descriptions below, and you or a family member is receiving one of the working age benefits, we may be able to support you with activities that will help you progress nearer to employment.
